概述General

GW16-252/GW17-252型垂直断口隔离开关是引进国外技术生产的，是供220kV 50Hz高压线路在五载流情况下进行切换线路，对被检修的电器设备与带电线路进行电气隔离的三极户外高压电器。该隔离开关具有结构先进，抗腐蚀性强，动作稳定可靠及高抗震能力等显著特点。产品性能满足GB1985《交流隔离开关和接地开关》标准以及相关标准的要求。

GW16-252/GW17-252 type disconnecting switch with vertical fracture is made with foreign technology,is can switch over HV circuit of 220kVand 50Hz under no carrying current.It is the three-pole outdoor high-voltage apparatus that is used to isolate the repaired electrical equipmentfrom the charged circuit.It is characterized by advanced structure,strong corrosion resistance,high reliability of operation and high vibrationresistance,etc..All properties of the product reach the standard of GB1985 Alternating Current Disconnecting Switches and earthing switchesand other relevant standards.

主要结构说明Structure Defnation 

1.传动部件密封在导电管内部，不受外界环境的影响；

2.导电管内的平衡簧用来平衡运动元件的重力柜，使分合闸动作十分轻便平稳；

3.采用钳夹式结构夹紧静触头导电杆，夹紧力由导电管内的夹紧弹簧力保证；

4.采用顶压脱扣装置来保障隔离开关的可靠合闸，任凭风力、地震力、电动力等外力的作用，隔离开关将始终保持在良好的工作状态；

5.主刀和地刀的导电管均为铝合金材质，且动、静触头均为铜材镀银，转动关节部位有耐磨性优良的复合轴套及导电滚动触指；机械性能和电气性能非常稳定；

6.本隔离开关所附接地闸刀、以及JW6-252接地开关在合闸过程中，地刀先旋转后竖直向上插入静触头，避免了触头弹跳，合闸非常可靠，并且有与主闸刀相同的动、热稳定电流值。

2.The balance spring of conductive tube is used to reach the balance of gravitational moving of mobile elements,so as to facilitate the operatingand closing operation;

3.The Clamp structure using the conductive rod of static contact,and the clamping force is guaranteed by the clamping spring force of conductive tube;

4.The Pressing release can make sure the reliable closing operation of disconnecting switch,in spite of wind power,earthquake power or electromotivepower,the disconnecting switch keeps the good working state.

5.The conductive tube of main blade and earth blade is made of aluminum alloy,the moving contact and static contact are made of silver-platedcopper material,and there are composite bearing sheath of good abrasion resistance and conductive rolling contact finger positioned at rotatingjoint,consequently,its mechanical and electrical performance is quite stable.

6.In the process of closing,the earthing blade equipped with this disconnecting switch or JW6-252 earthing switch rotates first,till it is in uprightposition,it inserts into the static contact immediately,so as to avoid the bouncing of contact,therefore,the closing operation is very reliable,

and,it is the same with main blade in dynamic and thermal stability current values.
